How To Lose Weight For Your Wedding - Top 3 Lose Weight Tips For Your Special Moment

When it comes to lose weight for your wedding, there is nothing like a deadline to make you focus and there is nothing like a wedding date as a deadline that put pressure on you. Losing weight is necessary when getting married; it is one of the aspects the bride and the groom looked at.
You are asked by your boyfriend a very important question that ever happened in your lifetime; you finally said YES and have put a ring on your finger. So you are engaged. Being engaged makes you feel happy, that finally you are getting married. Suddenly, you feel the pressure when you have the final date on your wedding, pressure in preparation for your wedding gown, flowers, ring, entourage, the venue and most of all, your self-preparation financially, emotionally and physically. Every future bride would want the best for their wedding, from the wedding preparations down to how they look. The future groom would even find irony why their future bride is going crazy in trying to be fit in preparation for a wedding, where in fact the groom had already proposed to marry the bride accepting her even she's overweight, obese or whatever form she has. Again and again, you cannot argue with this fact, it is the nature for most girls to be a dreamer especially when their own wedding comes. Of course, who would not want their own wedding to be perfect anyway? It happens once so make the most out of it.
Every bride would want to look classic and perfect as they walk down the aisle with the crowd's eyes just looking to her. Isn't it wonderful when you have the best memories in your wedding? Isn't it a memory to be cherished? It will always be, especially when you put all your efforts on it, not just on your wedding preparation but also to yourself for trying to lose weight for your wedding.
Just as getting married is a major lifestyle change, so is successful weight loss and going through the right way can make a difference in living healthier.
Be Realistic!
Being realistic means you work out bearing in mind that you should be losing on average 1-2 lbs per week. This is the achievable goal you can ever set by working out what you could lose over the time you have left. Never set goals that are unreal, and never set goals that are not specific. The moment you do it, the more you get frustrated. When you start thinking about your weight loss plan, you cannot say, "I'm going to the gym on Monday". Such plan is senseless and incomplete. So, you are going to the gym on Monday? And then what's next? So make your plan more specific by saying, "I'm going to the gym on Monday by 3:00 Pm, I will do cardio exercise for 30 minutes and the remaining 1 hour for resistance training and aerobics". This plan will give you a basis whether you have met your goal for the day or not and this will help you think if there are still changes needed.
Change Your Habits
If you know that your eating habits are not healthy and full of fats and sweets, then it's time to change it. The change may require avoidance of sweets, carbohydrate loading and alcohol. If you are worried about what to change and really serious about it, you should get some professional advice on how to improve your diet. If you are obese, you can consult first your doctor to refer you to a nutritionist. A healthy and balanced diet is very necessary for you before your wedding comes especially when you are indulging into ice cream and junk foods more often. A diet will help you make a change in your body. Diets to be done must be planned well to fit into your lifestyle. Just remember the general guidelines:
  • Eat foods completely; meaning, your diet must contain high protein foods, moderate carbohydrate and minimal fat. Example, in every meal, you have to have whole grain consisting ½ of your meal, vegetables, ¼ of your meal and lean meat (beef, chicken), another ¼.
  • Instead of eating unhealthy foods, learn to love fruits and vegetables.
  • When eating snacks, make a healthy choice by eating nuts, beans, small slices of carrots, oatmeal cookie, etc.
  • Have 3-5 small meals daily and never skip breakfast; the more you eat several times a day with 3 hours interval can boost up your metabolism causing fat burning process fast as well.
  • Do not eat before 7 p.m., or if you really cannot do it, you can eat only soup or vegetables.
  • Instead of drinking soda, convert it to water. Drink water often 6-8 glasses daily.
  • Eat high fiber foods to help you lose fat by flushing fats from the body through defecation.
  • Do away with your personal cravings especially those coming from fast foods.
Exercise
It is a fact that after just 20 minutes of aerobic exercise, your body can releases endorphins which are chemicals in the brain that promote a positive mindset. If you want to have an organized form of exercise, there are lots of gyms around that offer help and advice on getting an exercise routine that is right for you. When you are at the gym, you can start with a stretching to prevent muscle trauma. First, you can choose one or two from the cardiovascular exercises and do it in 30 minutes. After such time, you can start working your whole body. You can have abdominal crunches, you can use dumbbells to improve lower arm, and you can have sideways bending to reduce fats from the side. Just remember, you cannot just do cardio exercise and that's it. Your goal will not be achieved if you limit yourself within that type of exercise. Just alternately do cardio training and resistance training. If you want to get motivated, you can tag along your partner with you.
So in everything you do to lose weight before wedding, remember that it is important that you feel your best and look your best on your big day, but more important than that is that you will be marrying the man of your dreams and start a whole new adventure together. So, while you want to look your best, don't let it completely take over your life to hinder your happiness! Just take it easy, believe that you will look gorgeous. Best Wishes!
