This usually includes oils that are even higher in saturated fat than animal products. Saturated fat is one of the worst forms of fat because it can cause increased fat levels throughout your entire body. Even products that say they do not contain cholesterol can elevate your cholesterol.

You don't need to be on a strict diet to have nutrition in your life. Good nutrition just means paying attention to what goes into a person's body, including water, vitamins, minerals and, of course, sufficient energy. Each person with a different type of body will need to abide by different nutritional guidelines.
